STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT PROFESSIONAL THEATRE WHILE GROWING YOUR CREATIVE NETWORK?

Join the Downstage team as a Student Ambassador! This Downstage program invites students to engage with theatre at different levels. Student Ambassadors are given exclusive early and often free access to our productions, opportunities to volunteer, access to workshops and more. Our student initiatives are season-long and there are various to get involved and learn more about theatre in a hands-on way. In addition, any work you do with us will be valid towards volunteer hours at school.

This program is for theatre makers and theatre lovers alike. There is no application to become a Student Ambassador. The goal is simply to make sure student perspectives are present within the arts. Often, students have limited opportunities in professional theatre spaces and may not even feel welcome as audience members. We want to change that and over the last few seasons have amassed a group of talented, smart, creative students who are a part of our Downstage community!
