Policies: Please note that due to the intimate nature of our venues, latecomers cannot be admitted. Unfortunately, we cannot offer ticket refunds, but the EPCOR CENTRE Box Office can arrange for ticket exchanges with a per-ticket fee.

As part of the shared box office, the EPCOR CENTRE Tessitura Consortium, your primary contact information can be seen by Consortium members, however, you cannot be contacted without the express permission of Downstage.
